Mark Cyphers – Board Member
Mark is currently the Owner of DC Web Designers and the District Agency, two technology companies located in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mark is a self taught computer programmer and began his career as an active player in the emerging Content Management System space in the late 1990s. Mark’s first Content Management System, SmartSite was released in 1998. He sold and implemented it to thousands of organizations such as Ford Motor Company, PC Magazine, Harvard University, Reuters Media, Ziff Davis Publishing, Johns Hopkins, and many more. Today Mark spends most of his time helping organizations who are starting medium to large size website projects get them off the ground. His consulting services include RFP creation, technology recommendations, vendor selection, and project management. His expertise in the web space is a valuable asset for his clients looking to run successful website projects.
Charles L. Harman – Board Member
Chuck is currently the CEO and Director of Emerald Games Management, LLC – A holding company dedicated to the development and management of Intellectual Property used in Online Social Games and Mobile Applications. Formerly Mr. Harman served as President of the Professional Freestyle Wresting Association and President of Telesystems, Inc. Chuck is a private fixed wing pilot, avid golfer, retired US Army Officer and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses for Maryland, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania specializing in Medicare Rights, Retirement Planning and Entitlement for seniors.
Wade Schalles – Board Member
Wade while representing Clarion University of Pennsylvania was an NCAA Division I champion in 1972 and 1973–winning the outstanding wrestler award in 1972. He created unique wrestling maneuvers and was known for pinning a large percentage of his opponents. Schalles is an inductee of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Wade is currently director of the Eagle Hawk Academy, a wrestling instruction school.
